Individual Registration
Online – Individual participants may register using secure online registration with your credit card at www.joes-run.com.

By Mail you may request a Joe’s Run brochure or download a copy from www.joes-run.com and mail the form with your check or credit card information to: Joe’s Run; 929 Hemphill; Fort Worth, Texas 76104.

In Person – You may register anytime in person from 9:00AM to 4:30PM at Samaritan House, which is located at 929 Hemphill; Fort Worth, Texas 76104.

During packet pickup - On March 23, 24, 25 from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, you may also register in person at Samaritan House, which is located at 929 Hemphill, Fort Worth, Texas 76104.

Samaritan House is on the North East Corner of Rosedale and Hemphill. We are the multi-story building directly behind the retail mall that faces Rosedale. Please pull into our drive and park. Go to the second set of double glass doors on the west-facing [Hemphill street side] end of the building.

Team Registration
Teams consist of a minimum five or more persons. Team Registration must be postmarked by March 12, 2010. You may download a team registration form on www.joes-run.com, or you may also fill in individual registration forms and mail as a group. You must include all the requested information and all forms must be signed. We must have a signed release from every runner. Team registration is not currently available online.

Race Day Registration
Race Day Registration will begin at 6:30AM on March 26 in the parking lot of Samaritan House, which is located at 929 Hemphill; Fort Worth, Texas 76104. Samaritan House is on the northeast corner of Rosedale and Hemphill. We are the multi-storied building directly behind the retail mall that faces Rosedale.

Dog Walkers / Runners
Cost to register Dog is $10.00 with a registered runner/walker Registration must be done during packet pick up or race day only (no early registration)

All dog walkers must be over the age of 18. You must abide by and sign Registration and Release Form
~ Dogs must be accompanied by a registered participant.
~ All pets must start at the rear of the runners
~ Participants must pick up after their dog.
~ Dogs must have current shots.
~ Dogs must be in a stable state of health to complete the route.
~ All participants must sign Waiver/Release.
~ All dogs must be kept on a maximum 6 foot leash at all times.
~ Female dogs in heat will not be allowed to participate.
~ At the sole discretion of the event coordinator, dogs whose behavior is unruly or might prove to be hazardous to participants, other dogs or spectators, will be requested to leave the Joe's Run premises.
~ All dog walkers must comply with site location rules not listed above

Where? When?
Joe's Run starts and ends at the Southwest corner of Rosedale and Hemphill, on March 26, 2011. The 10k starting gun will be fired at 8:30AM, and the course closes at 9:30AM.

Cash? Check? Credit Card?
With all mail-in registrations you may pay with check, money order, or credit card. With registrations faxed in you must include your credit card information. With all onsite registrations you may pay with cash, check, money order, or credit card. We will take Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.

Packet Pickup

Race Day Packet Pickup for those pre-registered
On race day, March 26, starting at 6:30 AM Packet Pickup will be located at Samaritan House, located at 929 Hemphill, Fort Worth, Texas 76104. Samaritan House is on the Northeast corner of Rosedale and Hemphill. We are the multi-storied building directly behind the retail mall that faces Rosedale. Race day registration takes place in the parking lot.

Winners Trophies
Overall and Masters Winners will receive a 20” wood parrot trophy
All First Place Age Group winners will receive a 16” wood parrot trophy
All Second Place Age Group winners will receive a 12” wood parrot trophy
All Third Place Age Group winners will receive a 8” wood parrot trophy

Team Trophies
All First Place Team winners will receive a 16” wood parrot trophy
All Second Place Team winners will receive a 12” wood parrot trophy

10K & 5K Chipped Race
Joe's Run uses the ChronoTrack timing system, supplied and administered by RunFAR Racing Services.
Please Participants MUST wear their ChronoTrack. No Chip, No Time.

Restroom Facilities
There are restroom facilities located by both the area for registration and by the start/finish line.

Where will the results be posted?
Top three finishers in each group will be announced at the end of the race. All of the results will be posted as near the start finish line as we can get; they will also be posted on www.joes-run.com, clinesrunningcorner.com, and sent to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

When will winners be announced?
Winners will be announced approximately 15 minutes after last runner crosses the finish line – approximately 15 minutes after 9:30 when the course closes, whichever comes first.
