1st Annual Hoops 'N Harmony Event
Saturday, September 8, 2007, 9:00a.m., at the Ft. Worth Convention Center

Join Samaritan House and friends on September 8, 2007 at the Fort Worth Convention Center for this inaugural 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament, Health Fair and Musical Presentation; starting at 9:00 a.m.

Teams: Teams will consist of three players and an alternate. Grouped as follows:

10 & under, 11-13, 14-15 , 16-17, 18 & over

Entry Fee: $40 per team ($10 per person). Visitor cost: $5 per person. Limited to first 60 teams registered. All registrations must be posted by Wednesday, August 29, 2007. No exceptions.

Awards: Team awards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams in each category. Individual awards to members of 1st and 2nd place teams.

Immediately following the Double Elimination Basketball Tournament, high energy K104 musical presentation features personality Sam Putney. Chill with Sam, your favorite artists, and prizes from K104.

Health Fair
Health Fair 2007 is held from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

An estimated 10,000 persons in Tarrant County are already infected with HIV/AIDS — One in three of those is not yet aware. Information, resource materials, and medical personnel will be on hand to discuss this real problem in our community.
